End User License Agreement (EULA) – TheJob.Kitchen on Whop

1. Grant of License

By purchasing digital products from TheJob.Kitchen on Whop, Pretty Paperwork Network LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our digital products according to these terms.

2. Melina’s Essence AI License Terms

2.1 Single Organization Use

  • Licensed for use within ONE organization only
  • No sublicensing or redistribution rights
  • Internal use across unlimited agents/workflows
  • May modify for internal optimization

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the Essence file
  • Share with other organizations
  • Use for competing services
  • Claim authorship or remove attribution
  • Reverse-engineer the alignment methodology

2.3 Updates & Support

  • Updates included per tier purchased
  • Basic: 3 months
  • Pro: 6 months
  • Enterprise: Lifetime
  • Support via Discord only

3. Digital Templates & Documents

3.1 Permitted Uses

  • Unlimited use within your organization
  • Modify for your specific needs
  • Include in your client deliverables
  • Store and backup copies

3.2 Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling as standalone products
  • Sharing outside your organization
  • Removing copyright notices
  • Creating derivative products for sale

4. Agent Configurations & Workflows

4.1 Ownership

  • You own agents built with our assistance
  • We retain rights to methodologies
  • Configuration patterns remain our IP
  • You may modify and extend

4.2 Knowledge Base Content

  • Your data remains yours
  • Our organizational methods are licensed
  • Taxonomy structures are our IP
  • You maintain full data ownership

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Pretty Paperwork Network LLC:

  • Training methodologies
  • Process frameworks
  • Original content structures
  • Brand elements and marks

6. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Bypass license restrictions
  • Share login credentials
  • Use for illegal purposes
  • Violate third-party rights
  • Misrepresent the products as your creation
  • Compete directly using our methods

7. Termination

7.1 Automatic Termination

License terminates immediately upon:

  • Violation of any terms
  • Chargeback or payment reversal
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized distribution

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Destroy all copies of licensed materials
  • Cease use of Melina’s Essence
  • Completed work remains yours
  • No refunds provided

8. Updates and Modifications

  • We may update products periodically
  • Major updates may require additional purchase
  • You’re not obligated to update
  • Updates subject to current EULA

9. Support and Maintenance

  • Discord Support: Included for active licenses
  • Response Time: Per loyalty tier
  • Scope: Installation and basic troubleshooting
  • Not Included: Custom development or extensive training

10. Warranty Disclaimer

PRODUCTS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

  • NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
  • NO WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Business interruption
  • Amount exceeding purchase price

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pretty Paperwork Network LLC from claims arising from:

  • Your use of licensed products
  • Violation of these terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Unauthorized modifications

13. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws including:

  • Export restrictions
  • Privacy regulations
  • Intellectual property laws
  • Industry-specific regulations

14. Data Collection

Products may collect anonymous usage data for improvement. No personal data collected without consent.

15. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: California, USA
  • Venue: State courts in California
  • Law: California state law
  • Language: English prevails

16. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement regarding licensed products and supersedes all prior agreements.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this license without written consent.

19. Whop Platform

  • Subject to Whop’s terms of service
  • Purchases processed through Whop
  • Disputes may involve Whop resolution
