  • Refunds only available for services not yet started (less administrative fees)
  • Final payment required for all work completed through termination

Termination by PPN

We may terminate if you violate these terms, fail to pay, engage in abusive behavior, request illegal/unethical work, or if we determine the relationship is not a good fit.

9. Dispute Resolution

If You Disagree with Our Work

Step 1: Reach out in Discord #working channel or email with specific concerns.

Step 2: We discuss the issue and determine if it falls within your service scope.

Step 3: If within scope, we address it. If outside scope, we provide options:

Step 4: Our decision is final upon service completion.

We Reserve the Right to Terminate Client Relationships

We work best with clients who are responsive, trust our experience, and afford us creative freedom. If we determine the relationship is not the right fit, we will part ways gracefully with refunds for unstarted services.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by California law and the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information you provide is strictly confidential. We will not share it with third parties, use it in other client work, disclose it in marketing/case studies, or retain it longer than necessary (we delete files after engagement ends).

The I Write You Win Ecosystem

I Write You Win is built on Shipley methodology for winning proposals. Your core service is proposal writing delivered in 7-calendar-day sprints. Complementary color team services are optional, separate sprints that enhance your proposal.

Core Service: I Write You Win

Standard proposal writing based on character count (10,000 characters = 1 sprint). Includes one included call (Days 2-3) and one feedback cycle.

Optional Color Team Services

Color teams are ADDITIONAL sprint-based services purchased separately. They are not bundled with your base proposal writing and cost more than writing alone.

When to add color teams: If you have a tight deadline or need comprehensive proposal development, we recommend combining color teams with your writing sprint. All corresponding sprints must be paid upfront.

Available color teams:

Blue Team - Offer development. Essential if you've never written a proposal or are writing for a new industry. Defines your competitive position and value proposition.

Green Team - Pricing and cost strategy. Requires Blue Team completion first. Develops your pricing model and financial defensibility.

Purple Team - Design and custom graphics. Professional visual design and brand integration.

Gold Team - Final review and compliance. Thorough compliance verification and executive positioning (more comprehensive than standard review included in base service).

Black Team - Integrated multi-functional support. Coordinates multiple specialized teams into a unified, synchronized engagement.

When You Purchase

Payment is required BEFORE work begins. Work officially starts 8am PST the day after payment (or next business day if payment received after 8am PST).

Multi-Sprint Purchases

  • If purchasing multiple sprints (writing + color teams), all sprints are paid upfront
  • Work stops immediately if payment is not received by sprint start date
  • Automatic suspension: Work halts until payment is received

Your Sprint Timeline

I Write You Win sprints are 7 calendar days. All deadlines are hard and tied to what you paid for.

Key rules:

  • Weekends are included - We work 7 days. If you prefer not to work weekends, purchase on a different day.
  • If you miss a deadline: Work continues without you. We do not pause for late submissions.
  • Sprint end is final: Your sprint duration is fixed to what you paid for—client delays do NOT extend the sprint end date.
